General Dentistry

Involves all aspects of oral health. Dr. Klempner is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is able to provide you with solutions for all of your dental needs. Whether you only need a routine check-up or you would like to have porcelain veneers, Dr. Klempner will be able to help you.

General dentistry is a very important aspect of your oral health. In order to maintain your oral health, Dr. Klempner can provide you with general dentistry so that your teeth and gums are in the best shape possible.

Comprehensive evaluations are the best way to prevent more serious health problems. By having Dr. Klempner check on the health of your teeth routinely, you can prevent cavities, gum disease, and other serious dental problems.

The goal of general dentistry is to evaluate your condition and help you obtain and maintain the best oral health possible. General dentistry gives you a smile you can be proud of by repairing decaying or damaged teeth and by getting gums healthy and helping you maintain them.

Laser Dentistry is fast becoming the new standard of care..

Lasers have been used in dentistry since the early 1990’s but recent improvements in technology have allowed us to deliver a superior quality of dental service to our family of patients. Although laser treatment is not suited for every clinical situation, it enables us to complete many procedures without the need for the “dreaded drill” and without the need for anesthesia (no needles!)

Two different types of lasers are used in our practice. The “Soft tissue” lasers are used to treat gum problems conservatively, with reduced need for anesthetics, and with minimal post-operative discomfort. They are also used in a wide range of minor surgical procedures, allowing virtually pain- free healing.

The water-cooled “Erbium” laser allows us to treat dental caries with minimal involvement of healthy tooth structure and in most cases without the need for anesthetic.
